Interior & Exterior Treatment

The baseboards of the entire home are treated as well as the exterior foundation. There are to be NO people or pets in the home for 3 to 4 hours.

Exterior treatment

If you are not having any issues inside, and the problem is on the exterior only, the foundation will be treated as well as any other areas you have indicated are in need. Interior Spot Spraying is available for certain situations.

Cockroaches, fleas & BEdbugs

Cockroaches

The type of treatment depends on the type of Cockroach. Getting a sample is always recommended to determine the proper course of action. Treatments could include gel bait in cupboards and residual spraying of baseboards.

Fleas

The entire interior of the home is treated. No people or pets can remain inside the home. Away time is 3 to 4 hours. Your pet must be treated and put on a flea regiment.

Bed Bugs

An inspection will be done to look for evidence, presence and evaluate conditions. At this time you will be given a quote. If you accept the quote and want the service, you will be left with a preparation form. Once that has been thoroughly done you will be given a date and time for treatment.

Wasps, Bees, Hornets, YELLOW JACKETS, ETC.

An insecticide dust is used at the entry points for nests that are concealed. Visual nests are treated and removed. DO NOT block any areas that you may be seeing them going in and out of on your home. This may result in them coming into your home.

Rodent & Small Animal Trapping

Mice

The technician installs locked bait stations, filled with rodenticide. Concentrating on the areas that you have seen them, heard them or where you're finding droppings. This visit includes an inspection of the exterior of your home, so that the tech can look for possible entry points. He will provide those findings to you and give any recommendations for the repairs needing to be done.

Small animal trappings

A trap will be set and baited. An inspection will be done to provide you with info on any repairs or property maintenance that may be needed. A business card will be left with you to call us when you see something in the trap, the technician will be there by days end to remove and relocate the animal.
